Augmented Experience (AX) refers to the enhancement of a standard digital interaction—such as browsing a website or using an app—by layering intelligent, contextual, and often real-time data or capabilities onto the core user journey. It moves beyond simple personalization to actively augment the user's ability to discover, evaluate, and purchase products.
