How it works
Eight steps, finished before arrival
Drivers complete the entire check on their own phone on the way in. Every step captures and validates in real time, so what lands with your yard office is a finished record ready for a decision — not a clipboard and a queue.
Driver's license
Front and back of the CDL are scanned and read automatically: name, number, class, endorsements, and expiration date.
License plate
The tractor plate is captured and read on the spot. No manual typing, no transcription errors.
VIN
The vehicle identification number is scanned and decoded to confirm the tractor matches what was booked.
Truck photo
A full photo of the tractor and trailer records condition and appearance at the moment of arrival.
Cab card
Registration is captured and stored with the visit, so proof of authority travels with the record.
Insurance (COI)
The certificate of insurance is captured and checked for coverage and expiration before entry is granted.
Review & submit
The driver confirms every detail, then the complete package goes to your team to approve, hold, or deny.

These are specimen documents from fictional authorities — no real person's details appear on them. This is a demonstration of document reading: it does not check an issuing authority's records or judge whether a document is genuine. DEIV does that at the gate.

When the check clears, the driver gets a Shield Proof pass — a QR code tied to the appointment, the person, and the equipment. Your gate scans it and sees the whole verified record at once.
