Face scan
A live selfie with liveness detection confirms a real person is present, then matches that face against the license photo.
How it works
Drivers complete the entire check on their own phone on the way in. Every step captures and validates in real time, so what lands with your yard office is a finished record ready for a decision — not a clipboard and a queue.
A live selfie with liveness detection confirms a real person is present, then matches that face against the license photo.
Front and back of the CDL are scanned and read automatically: name, number, class, endorsements, and expiration date.
The tractor plate is captured and read on the spot. No manual typing, no transcription errors.
The vehicle identification number is scanned and decoded to confirm the tractor matches what was booked.
A full photo of the tractor and trailer records condition and appearance at the moment of arrival.
Registration is captured and stored with the visit, so proof of authority travels with the record.
The certificate of insurance is captured and checked for coverage and expiration before entry is granted.
The driver confirms every detail, then the complete package goes to your team to approve, hold, or deny.
What gets verified
DEIV covers the person and the equipment in a single pass — one flow, one record, one decision.

Confirm the person at your gate is the person who was dispatched.

Confirm the tractor, trailer, and paperwork match the appointment.
Try it
Point your camera at a document, or use one of ours. Either way it gets read the way the gate does — pull the fields off the document, then run the checks: expiry against today, the VIN checksum, and whether every field the document type must carry is actually there.
DL-01Name, date of birth, licence number, class and expiry.
CC-02A site badge that expired — the check should catch it.
VR-03VIN, plate and unit number, with the VIN checksum verified.
These are specimen documents from fictional authorities — no real person's details appear on them. This is a demonstration of document reading: it does not check an issuing authority's records or judge whether a document is genuine. DEIV does that at the gate.
Shield Proof
When the check clears, the driver gets a Shield Proof pass — a QR code tied to the appointment, the person, and the equipment. Your gate scans it and sees the whole verified record at once.

In one pass
Why it matters
Verification finishes before arrival, so the gate becomes a confirmation instead of an interview.
Liveness detection and face matching make a borrowed license or a stolen load far harder to pull off.
Verification rules you configure decide pass, hold, or deny — the same way on every shift.
Every capture, score, and decision is recorded with a reason, ready for a claim or an audit.
