    The process involves several key stages. First, the raw data is ingested. Second, specialized AI models (such as NLP models) process this data to extract entities, relationships, sentiment, and conceptual tags.     This technology is closely related to Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, and Semantic Search. While a Knowledge Graph maps explicit relationships, an Augmented Index uses AI to infer and embed those relationships directly into the search structure.
