RF Scanning

Pickers initiate their shift by syncing handheld devices to the central WMS cloud via secure Wi-Fi. During the pick cycle, the terminal displays the assigned wave and location. Upon arrival at a bin, the picker scans the location barcode followed by the product SKU. If the scan fails or quantity mismatch occurs, the device locks the task until a supervisor override is authorized. At shift end, all transaction logs are encrypted and uploaded to the ERP system.
